All Veck devices come with a 5 year standard warranty (valid from date of proof of initial purchase), but they should last much longer than that if treated well (no liquids, no dropping, etc).
This means I will replace or repair (at my discretion) your device, if failure has occured due to a fault in manufacturing or components.
To claim:
- If the device is not functioning properly, first check it with another power supply, cables, etc to ensure the problem isn’t external (the majority of devices returned for repair are working perfectly, suggesting some other problem in the owner’s setup).
- If the issue is definitely with the Veck device, contact me with proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear of the enclosure, knobs or hardware, such as scratches, oxidation, fading, etc.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or tampering with the device.
- Damage caused by other devices/people.
- Damage caused by liquid, fire, or other forces of nature.
- Postage and handling charges.
However, even if you’ve poured your gin & tonic into it or something, still reach out and I may be able to repair it for cheap.
